Achieve Beyond Mastermind (a program of Achieve Capital Partners, LLC)
Effective Date: August 28, 2026

Achieve Capital Partners, LLC (“Achieve Capital Partners,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website www.achievebeyond.com and the Achieve Beyond Mastermind program (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By visiting our website, enrolling in the Program, or otherwise providing us information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Services or provide us your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
  • Enrollment and payment information: business name, portfolio/unit details you share with us, and billing information (processed by our third-party payment processor as described below).
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, text, contact form, or through the private community platform, including any information you choose to share during coaching calls or in mastermind discussions.
  • Account credentials for the private community platform (e.g., Skool, Slack, Circle), where applicable.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, time on site, referring/exit pages, and general device and browser information (device type, operating system, IP address, browser type).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our site (see Section 5).

Information from third parties

If you interact with us through a third-party platform (for example, scheduling a call, registering for a webinar, or engaging with an ad), we may receive information about you from that platform consistent with your settings and its privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process enrollment, payments, and payment plan billing for the Program;
  • Deliver the Program: schedule and remind you of coaching calls, manage the private community, and provide coaching-related support;
  • Communicate with you by email, text/SMS, and phone about your enrollment, Program updates, billing, customer service, and — where you have consented — marketing and promotional offers about the Program and future cohorts or events;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and Services, including troubleshooting and analytics;
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and
  • Protect the rights, property, and safety of Achieve Capital Partners, our Members, and others.

3. Text Message (SMS) and Email Consent

If you provide your phone number and/or opt in to text messages, you authorize us to send you text messages (including via automated technology), phone calls, and emails as described in our Terms and Conditions. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.

No mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected for SMS consent purposes are sold, rented, licensed, or otherwise shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers who help us deliver the messages you have requested (for example, our texting/email platform), and only as necessary to provide that service.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, email and SMS delivery, scheduling, community hosting, customer support, and website analytics — bound by contract to use your information only to provide services to us;
  • Professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, and insurers, where necessary;
  • Affiliated Achieve Capital Partners entities (including our lending and property management affiliates), only where relevant to a service you have separately requested, and never to sell you something without your knowledge;
  • Government authorities or other third parties, where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others; and
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies (such as web analytics tools) to understand site traffic and improve the user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Community and coaching-related communications may be retained for the duration of the Program and a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping purposes.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

  • Marketing communications: You may opt out of marketing texts (reply STOP) and marketing emails (unsubscribe link) at any time. This will not affect transactional messages related to your enrollment, billing, or Program access.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at dan@achievecapitalpartners.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
  • State privacy rights: Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy statutes), including the right to know what personal information we have collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable state law. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11 below; we may need to verify your identity before completing your request.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Material changes will be communicated to enrolled Members via email where appropriate.
